We charge an administration fee for all services purchased. Once we receive your order, we start processing it immediately. By booking any service, you agree to our admin fee and refund policy if you cancel within 14 days of purchase.

Once any lesson, course, or service has started, no refunds are available.

Your Statutory Rights
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel a service within 14 days of purchase if the service has not yet started. By booking, you may agree for your lessons or services to start immediately, in which case the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply.

Once Lessons or Services Have Started
No refunds are available once any lesson or service has started or been taken.
Unused lessons/services can remain on your account for up to six months from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused lessons/services cannot be claimed or refunded.

Driving Lessons & Block Bookings
You must give at least 2 working days’ notice (excluding weekends and bank holidays) directly to your instructor by email or text to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
If notice is not given, or the lesson is booked within 2 working days, you will not be entitled to a refund, and the instructor may charge the full lesson fee.

Driving Instructor Training
Once booked, your training sessions cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
The standard 2 working days’ notice policy does not apply.

Intensive Driving Courses
Once booked, lessons cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, or transferred.
The 2 working days’ notice policy does not apply.
You cannot change instructors once your lessons are booked.

Driving Test Car Hire
Once booked, car hire cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, or transferred.
The 2 working days’ notice policy does not apply.
